We welcome you to the official website of the Embassy of the Republic of Yemen in The Hague.

The Embassy aspires this website to be your window on Yemen, its people, government, culture and history, and to provide you with a snapshot of the current Yemeni political, humanitarian, economic and cultural situation.

Considering that serving the Yemeni citizens in the diaspora is one of the main reasons for the presence of the diplomatic mission, the Embassy strives to provide the best consular services to all Yemenis and foreigners. We hope that we will be able to answer your inquiries regarding the consular services provided by the Embassy in The Hague through the Consular Section of the Embassy.

 

Embassy Information

The Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen in The Hague serves as a Resident Ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands and a Permanent Representative of Yemen to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in The Hague. She is also a Non-Resident Ambassador to the Kingdom of Sweden and the Kingdom of Norway. The Embassy in the Hague is the sole diplomatic and Political Affairs representative of Yemen in the Netherlands, Sweden and Norway, and serves Yemeni citizens and foreigners residing in these countries through the Consular Section. Its services include issuing passports, visas and other transactions, and attestation of official personal and / or commercial documents and registrations.

The Embassy operates on Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, except for official observance of Yemeni and Dutch national holidays. The Consular Section receives visitors during: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm.

The Embassy is located in the Scheveningseweg area, one of the most important areas of the city of The Hague. It is serviced by a public transportation network connected to all parts of the city, making it easy for all visitors and those interested to access. In case, you are driving, there is only a limited number of parking lots for cars and bicycles. You can always communicate with the Embassy through its official email addresses and through its landline phone numbers.
